Where to go in Sydney?

Hi

I'll be in Sydney for the month of February and so I am wondering where to go out (where are the good parties? :) ) and what's a good address to find a place to stay?

Suggestions are very welcome :)

    A great place to stay in Sydney is the Glebe Village, its a nice area, very close to the city. Glebe and Newtown are inner-west areas which are very funky.

    Otherwise if youre a beach person look at Bondi, Coogee, Manly areas, full of backpackers.

    Hope you have a great time in February here, the weather here today is pretty mediocre, crazy global warming i think.
